Centre for Counselling and Career Guidance organised a workshop on "Make Mental Health and Well- Being for All A Global Priority” on November 4th 2022 which was the theme given by World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). It was presided by the Principal Dr. E Jerome Xavier. The Resource Persons were Fr.Wilson, Fr. Jojo Thomas, and Fr. Jovel Oliver from Montfort College. The session started with an activity to gain the attention of the students. The main topics discussed were i) Understand the meaning of counselling ii) Purpose of the Counselling Sessions iii) Self - Confidence It also focused on mental growth which is important for the holistic development of individuals in the present lifestyle in which one needs to deal with lots of stress and strain.
