The 67th Karnataka Rajyotsava was celebrated in a grand manner on 30th November by Kalapayana Kannada Sangha of the Kannada department in the college. The program came up very intuitively about the country’s language and cultural thoughts. R. who arrived as the chief guest as the opening ceremony. N. Assistant Professor of S First Class College Dr. D. C. Chitralingaiah’s presence made the program even more wild. The principal of the college, Dr.E. Jerome Xavier and Pre-Graduate College Principal Fr. Andrew Roshan Alva participated and his thoughts on Kannada became an inspiration to all. A display of cultural art by the students also made the program colourful. Folk dance and song singing, dance and song singing to a film song about Kannada Naadu and a fashion show made the program a grand affair.
