The Women’s Cell at St.Vincent Pallotti College, while not universally standardized, generally revolves around fostering an environment of equality, safety, and respect for women. It aims to empower female students, faculty, and staff, promote gender sensitivity, and ensure a discrimination-free educational experience.

Objectives
Creating a Safe Environment
Ensuring the campus is free from sexual harassment, gender-based violence, and discrimination. This includes implementing and enforcing policies against such behaviours.
Awareness and Education
Conducting workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on women’s rights, legal rights, gender sensitization, and related topics to educate the campus community.
Counseling and Support
Providing emotional support, counseling services, and guidance to women who are victims of harassment or discrimination, and helping them navigate through the resolution process.
